Rikama Education Limited are looking for a number of Subject Specific Teaching Assistants to support children from Key stage 1 to Key stage 3. The subject areas that require support are Science, Maths and PSHE.

The school caters for pupils with SEMH and have challenging behaviour as their primary needs. Many children are learning at one key stage in arrears, i.e. Key Stage 3 are operating a Key Stage 2 level, and the school operates small class sizes in order to optimise learning.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting 1 or more children that need additional support. Ideally you will have experience of working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting learning within one of the specific subject areas detailed above. Alternatively experience working with SEMH children, and if you have an interest in any of the 3 areas, or a related background prior to working in schools, then please apply today!!
