Rikama Education are currently looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team; we are offering excellent rates of pay!
We are supplying Teaching Assistants to Primary Schools in the area, who are required to provide care and support to children.
About the Role
Our TAs work with more experienced Teaching Assistants and Teachers so you feel supported, too! You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the development of the children. The role will involve working directly with children on a 1:1 basis, with a small group of children or with the whole classroom!
These roles are immediate starts with paid trial days and the opportunity to go permanent with the school if you are happy.
Rikama do not accept roles from schools on a day-to-day basis, so you are guaranteed a long-term placement. We have a high permanent transfer rate, so if you are looking to build your experience and find a school you can call home for the long term, Rikama are the place for you!

Rikama require all candidates to undergo a full registration process and hold an Enhanced DBS (formerly known as CRB).
